Implementation of cannabis medicines at the scale desired by the healthcare system. We can start with a pilot program to demonstrate proof of concept to stakeholders.

EVALUATION
Conduct a series of evaluations of the program utilizing quantitative and qualitative (where possible) data involving prescriptions, patient outcomes, billing records, as well as other data contained in the EMR. We can tailor the evaluation to answer particular questions of importance to the client.

Work directly with the healthcare system in scaling the program across medical providers, utilizing current best practices and lessons learned from pilot data.
